How to use the cards?

You can do this in different ways – through the head, through intuition and through adventure.

The head way is suitable when you want to consciously choose a topic and study it: first open the book, choose a topic, read the assignments.

The path of intuition will be great when you want to see the direction your subconscious choices are taking. Which postcard catches your eye? How does it make you feel? Choose a postcard according to your feeling and read the topics and tasks. In addition, we invite you to think about why exactly now the attention has turned to this particular topic?

Adventure path – for extremely open-minded and curious personalities – draw any postcard, and then open the illustration and look, read the tasks of this topic in the booklet, answer the questions asked.

The cards are created in collaboration with a psychotherapist and a professional illustrator, so every question and task is analyzed by a specialist for a long time, and every detail of the illustration is thought out and not random.
